Returns

To begin the return process, please visit our Terms and Conditions- Section 12, to review our return policy. Please note all promotional items are final sale and cannot be altered, swapped, or exchanged. Once you have reviewed our terms and conditions, kindly check the box next to "I agree to the terms of the return policy" located at the bottom of the page, and proceed by clicking on "Start my return". You'll then be prompted to enter your order information.

For bike returns, please include a photo of your bike's odometer or an image of the unopened item.

To facilitate the creation of your prepaid label by our team, please ensure to provide accurate dimensions for the box in which you'll return the item. Prepaid label fees will be deducted from your refund.

Once our warehouse has received your shipment, please allow our team 3-4 business days to process your return before issuing a refund to your original payment method.

We'll keep you informed via email regarding the progress of your return every step of the way!

 

FAQ

Do you offer exchanges instead of a return?

No. We do not offer exchanges, only returns.

Will I receive a full refund?

If the item is new and unused and returned within 14 days of purchase you will receive a full refund, less shipping charges.

Can I return my bike if I have miles on the odometer?

Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.

Can I return a free gift with purchase or an item purchased with loyalty points?

All promotional/loyalty items are final sale and cannot be altered, swapped, or exchanged.

Will I be provided with a prepaid shipping label?

Yes! Our returns team will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label via email. Please note, there's a $15 fee per accessory label and a $125 fee per bike label, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend taking note of the tracking information so you may follow along.

Can I pack my return items together?

If you have multiple accessories from the same order to return, yes, you can combine the items in the same box as long as they were requested to be returned under the same return request.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used to place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be processed back to your account once it has been issued.
